What is included: Interior and exterior painting and staining — walls, trim, siding, decks, and fences.

How the job is done: First, prep — surfaces are cleaned, scraped, and sanded where needed, and nearby areas are covered. Then primer where it's called for, followed by even coats of paint or stain. Trim and edges get clean lines. Everything is checked and touch-ups are done before the covers come off and the area is cleaned up.

Materials and setup: Paint or stain, primer, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, and tape. Paint and stain colors are your choice; materials are quoted as part of the job.

What to expect: Clean lines, even coverage, and a finish that looks right and holds up.
