What is included: Pressure washing for exterior surfaces — driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, and siding — plus interior cleaning help where needed. Built-up dirt, grime, mold, mildew, and stains get washed away.

How the job is done: First, the area is prepped — nearby plants, furniture, and fixtures are moved or covered, and surfaces are checked for loose paint or damage. Then the washing is done in even passes with the right pressure for each surface, using cleaning solution where stains need extra help. Afterward, everything is rinsed clean and the area is left tidy.

Materials and setup: A pressure washer with the right nozzles for each surface, cleaning solutions for tough stains, and tarps or covers to protect plants and fixtures. Water comes from your outdoor spigot.

What to expect: Surfaces look fresh and bright again, without damage to siding, concrete, or wood. Drying time depends on the weather.
